BTEC Students

At Coventry University, lots of our students apply with BTEC qualifications or a mixture of A-level and BTECs. So if that's you, we are fully prepared to receive your application!

And because BTEC students receive their results earlier than A Level students, you don't have to wait to apply for September 2017.

Getting your results

As a BTEC student, you will receive your results earlier than A-Level students (17th August). The date your results are supplied to you will vary dependent on your college and what course you studied.

If you have already received all your results and are interested in coming to Coventry University in September we may be able to help. Simply use our quick enquiry form and provide us with your contact details and answers to the following three questions in the message box:

Which course would you like to enquire about?

You can do this by viewing all our Clearing courses. You can choose to study at one of five locations too.

What are your Level 3 results (eg BTEC, A Level)?

Make sure you give the subjects and grades for any qualifications that you are already holding the results for.

What are your Level 2 results (eg GCSEs)?

Give us subjects and grades of your GCSEs or any equivalents. Let us know if you're waiting for any additional/retaken GCSEs.

Our advice on...

Deciding where you’re going to study for the next 3 or 4 years is a big decision, so it’s definitely not a sprint decision and the more research you can do the better.

Ask yourself the following questions to give you a starting point:

  • Which subject(s) do you enjoy studying currently?
  • How long do you want to study for?
  • Are you more theory or practical focused?

Take your time, ask lots of questions and you’re sure to find the best course for you.
